Why I named my restaurant “Nén” 😊

This is “nén”, a hybrid between garlic and shallot that is widely used in Danang and the surrounding areas. It is so exotic that even Vietnamese from other regions may not know about its existence.

"Nén" symbolizes our cooking philosophy: to utilize the local ingredients and make them the star of the dishes instead of any foreign produce.
